As a child she was keen in practicing drawing - painting ,
but gave up completely in later years. But this was not acceptable to Destiny.
Covid epidemic was a BLESSINGS IN DISGUISE to her. During this period,which was challenging to all of us as moving out was totally restricted, Just sitting at home doing nothing was a sort of punishment to people like Madhuri.
Her brother took initiative & formed a Whatsapp group of like minded people interested in Art, like drawing,painting etc. Madhuri immediately joined the group & began her neglected Passion again.
According to her , Hobby has no Time bar – No Age restriction - Passion has no limit - in short TALENT is infinite…!!
Next step , she bought all material needed, Brush – Paint etc… & started drawing – painting again without looking back..
It was a thrilling experience to her ..!

Rangoli is an Ancient Hindu Art Form , one of the most beautiful and most pleasing art from India. Derived from the Sanskrit word 'Rangavalli', it means rows of colours, and is drawn in the homes, courtyards etc.
In this Art , Patterns are created on the floor or a tabletop using materials such as powdered lime stone, red ochre, dry rice flour, coloured sand, quartz powder etc.
Traditionally, it is an art of decoration drawn on the floor or the entrances of homes.
It is thought to bring good luck, prosperity on the house and in the family, considered auspicious, and to welcome Guests.
In India people believe that Rangoli create positive environment vibes.
Rangoli help you feel good when you are Entering a house, & it gives optimistic thoughts while Leaving a house..
So the purpose of Rangoli is beyond decoration..!
Over time, imagination and innovative ideas in rangoli art have also been incorporated.
RANGOLI ART & that too on floating WATER is an unique & unusual art indeed.
Prajakta has got MA degree in History.
Though she is not connected to Art field , the concept of design-drawing skill was in-built in her.
Obviously she picked up this Unique Skill of Panyavarchi Rangoli (Creating Rangoli designs on floating water ).
She has mastered this art & is practicing since 2 years. Almost every day she makes Rangoli design either on water or on table top or on floor. This passion & hobby is a sort of relaxation to her . In her words “ It brings mental peace – relaxation – positive energy to me”. She also has business of supplying home- made tasty food items.. painting, an unique art. The 3 types in this painting are : zentangle ,
mandal & doodle ..One stroke painting is an art technique in which you can make beautiful
paintings in just one stroke.
You can achieve shading, highlighting,
and blending in a single stroke movement.
Here a brush is loaded with two different colours to achieve highlights.
This technique helps to make the shading and highlighting in one stroke.
Zentangles are usually abstract forms, on a small tile like shaped pieces of paper.
Mandalas, which literally means circle, are repetitive and symmetrical layouts contained
in circular forms. Doodles are simple drawings that can have concrete representational meaning
or may just be composed of random and abstract lines or shapes, generally without ever lifting the drawing device from the paper, in which case it is usually called a scribble.
As per her creating anything in Art & Craft field brings her mental satisfaction &
it is a sort of relaxation to her. No doubt she experiences Peace of mind in her
creation..
